Eltel has a security profile and works closely with security-classified customers, where they follow strict security standards and certifications. They ensure that all technical installations and network solutions meet high standards for information security. Currently, they are carrying out several installation and infrastructure projects at various facilities, where Eltel is responsible for important technical installations and network solutions that are critical to the customers' operations.

As a service technician at Eltel, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of critical infrastructure – primarily within IP and LAN networks. You will work both independently and in teams on various projects, and you will have significant responsibility for delivering solutions that work in reality. Your tasks include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment (routers, switches, customer facilities)
• Conducting functional tests and documentation
• Contacting internal planners and customers to ensure quality
• On-call duty every seventh week, with the possibility of evening and weekend work

Working hours: weekdays 07:30–16:00, with some flexibility.
On-call duty (on-call week) may occur in this position.
Location: Entire Stockholm region, travel included.
Start: January, or by agreement.

• Preferably 5 years of experience in similar work within electricity, property, or telecommunications
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and proactive
• Enjoys variety, can work both independently and in a team
• Takes pride in their work and has an eye for quality in installations
• Has a valid driver's license and speaks Swedish fluently
• Has a clean criminal record
