Bro Hof Slott is a world-class golf and nature experience, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, one of the world's leading golf course designers. Our goal is to create Scandinavia's best golf facility, one of Europe's best courses, and one of the world's top competition courses. The aim is to meet the high expectations of our members and guests every day. Bro Hof Slott Golf Club consists of three courses: The Stadium Course, The Castle Course, and The Putting Course.

We are now looking for an additional mechanic/technician who has a problem-solving attitude. You naturally have a genuine and creative interest in making things work again. Troubleshooting is something you see as an exciting challenge. We prefer that you have strong initiative, creativity, and a structured approach, wanting order and organization in the workshop while being able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You need to be able to focus on your planned work for the day, and especially during the summer season, new tasks will arise continuously. We have a workforce of just over 35 people during the season who are out with machines, so unexpected things happen.

In such cases, you must be quick on your feet and be able to drop what you are doing at the moment to assist, and then refocus and return to your planned work.

You will work with the mechanic we have today as well as with our greenkeepers, but also for our greenkeepers. To enable them to provide our guests and members with the best service, with a world-class golf facility, you need to provide our greenkeepers with the support they need to perform their jobs with perfection.

We have a service schedule for all machines where all machines undergo a major service during the winter and a minor service during the summer with oil changes, filters, and a general review, as well as intervals for lubrication of machines that are done continuously throughout the season.

We have a large fleet of machines with a wide mix of equipment;

• Trimmers, brush cutters, chainsaws mostly from Husqvarna

• Manual mowers, Flymos, cylinder and rotary mowers in several sizes, dressers, bunker rakes, and sprayers from Toro

• Tractors and construction machines from John Deere, JCB, New Holland, and Ventrac

• Utility vehicles and golf carts from Clubcar

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

The position is a permanent employment with an immediate start or as agreed.

Since we have a seasonally dependent operation to some extent, parts of the staff work more hours during the summer season and fewer hours during the winter season.
