We are looking for someone who can start in January with one of our clients in Kista. Are you a handy, service-minded, solution-oriented person who enjoys varied tasks? The position is a consultancy role where you will be employed by us at Manpower and then leased to our client in Kista. The work is carried out in a pleasant office environment from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. You will work independently but have colleagues nearby with whom you will also collaborate. The assignment is set to start between January 7 - January 15, 2026, and is expected to last about 5 months as it looks right now.

Job Description

In this role, you will serve and be part of the internal service for employees. Cleaning the juice machine, managing coffee machines, handling fault reports, and arranging conference rooms are some of the tasks included. You will patrol the office to ensure everything looks nice. If necessary, you will arrange furniture in meeting rooms and handle incoming/outgoing goods via the loading dock. You will also take care of fruit deliveries distributed in the office as well as lighter handyman tasks such as changing light bulbs/tubes, servicing copiers, emptying recycling bins, and overseeing the premises in general.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who has worked in some form of service role where you meet people. Planning, structuring, and prioritizing are important qualities in this role. Solution-oriented and proactive are additional qualities that we see as important for making this position work. You should be able to work independently and drive your own work, but you also need to be flexible and able to collaborate with others as unforeseen tasks may arise during the day. You should have good computer skills/system familiarity as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.
