What will you be working on?
At Coor, you will work daily to deliver daily operations and development of properties. This is a role where you will have a lot of responsibility while having close access to colleagues when you need it.
Your main tasks include:
- supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- participating in projects and other assignments with customers
- advisory role in technical matters
- being an active initiator in daily work to improve and develop our delivery, both internally and towards customers
Who are you?
You are a proactive and self-sufficient property caretaker who takes responsibility for your daily tasks independently. Your unpretentiousness and flexibility allow you to easily adapt to various tasks that may arise during the day, such as technical maintenance and other assignments. Since you have a lot of contact with both customers and colleagues, you have good collaboration skills and are communicative, with a strong focus on service and creating a safe and well-maintained environment.
We are looking for you:
- Education focused on property management, operations, or equivalent
- Several years of work experience as a property caretaker
- A holistic understanding of problem-solving for property maintenance
- Driver's license B
- Good knowledge of both spoken and written Swedish and proficiency in English
- Familiar with using computers and phones as a natural part of your work
About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: 100%
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 07-16
- Start date: By agreement
- Probationary period: 6 months
The role is classified in a security class, and a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
