Information Security Specialist at the Swedish Courts Administration

The Swedish Courts Administration employs about 400 staff members who develop and support the Swedish Courts, with the headquarters located centrally in Jönköping and local offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. About the Role

As an information security specialist at the Swedish Courts Administration, you will work both strategically and operationally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement guidelines and processes for information security within the Swedish Courts in accordance with applicable legislation and standards.
  • Conduct and document information classifications and risk analyses.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and analyses to raise security awareness within the organization.
  • Support the authorities within the Swedish Courts with advice and analyses.
  • Participate in incident management and continuity planning.
  • Overall follow-up of the information security work.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant academic education in information security, IT, law, or other education/experience deemed equivalent.
  • At least a few years of experience working in the field of information security.

We view positively if you have experience with the practical application of relevant regulations and standards in information security and have worked with and developed management systems for information security.

Who Are We?

You will belong to the information security unit of the Swedish Courts Administration, responsible for leading and coordinating the risk-based and structured information security work within the Swedish Courts. The unit currently consists of an information security manager and specialists – a small, close-knit team that works closely with the operations and drives the development of information security work forward.

Other Information

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Jönköping or Stockholm. A probationary period may apply.

Before employment, background checks may be conducted. The position is security classified and requires an approved security clearance before employment can be decided.

Remote work may be agreed upon for up to two days a week. This will be determined in dialogue with the immediate supervisor.
