Key Account Manager

We are expanding our production for NEG and are therefore looking for two Key Account Managers who want to work in a developing and inclusive environment with sales and service, offering good salary prospects.

We give you the opportunity to work remotely in the future, but initially, you will of course work from the office.

We have just moved into newly renovated premises in Krokslätts Fabriker, Mölndal.

About the position:

The position involves selling NEG energy management services via phone to companies and individuals.

We always value high quality in our conversations, and our goal is for our agents to continuously develop. We prefer that you have previous sales experience, but this is not a requirement; we place great importance on your personality, willingness, and drive.

As a salesperson, you will work office hours, Monday to Friday. We primarily hire full-time, but there is also the possibility of part-time employment.

Salary:

The salary is primarily commission-based, but we also have a guaranteed minimum salary for correctly performed work. The employees we currently have working with the same product have an average salary of around 43,000 SEK/month. It can of course vary somewhat, but that is approximately where the salary is when targets are met, and we also have some employees who consistently earn above that. There are therefore good opportunities to earn a good salary even if the targets are not always met.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is responsible and has a positive attitude towards sales. We want you to be goal-oriented and performance-driven but also able to handle setbacks. You are not afraid to take initiative while valuing good cohesion and a pleasant workplace. You are positive about diversity, equality, and uphold everyone’s equal worth. We value if you are active in a sport and/or have previous experience in sales and leadership. If you are also willing to engage in social contexts and are a positive person, that can be an advantage for the position.

Qualifications

For the position, you must:

  • be at least 20 years old
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • have previous work experience, preferably with sales experience
  • have good language skills in Swedish.

Interviews will be conducted physically, on an ongoing basis. Start date for the position is by agreement.
