We are now strengthening our production team in Nyland with an additional machine operator for our sheet metal processing line.

VoltAir System AB designs, manufactures, and delivers the market's most energy-efficient air handling units. Our standard range also includes traditional fan rooms, inspection doors and hatches, as well as duct systems made of insulated sandwich elements. Sales offices are located in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and production takes place in Torsby, Värmland, and in Nyland, Ångermanland.

Job Description

As a machine operator in our production, you will have a varied job where your tasks consist of sheet metal processing in the form of punching and bending, as well as related programming for the machines. Furthermore, you will perform setups and carry out tool changes and be deeply involved in improvement and efficiency work for the machine park.

You are also responsible for carrying out maintenance according to set intervals together with the team in sheet metal processing. In your daily work, there will also be dialogue with external contacts, in the form of tool and machine suppliers.

Additionally, other tasks within production may become relevant as needed, primarily within the assembly department of air handling units.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on industry/workshop. Experience and familiarity with sheet metal processing machines or equivalent tasks are meritorious, as is programming experience.

If you have worked with assembly or other practical work, that is also an advantage, as is a forklift license.

Language Skills

Swedish in speech and writing.

Duration

Fixed-term employment (6 months) full-time based in Nyland, with the possibility of permanent employment.
