Summer is approaching and for us at HSB, this means that the organization is growing with more engaged employees. Take the chance to become a part of us at HSB and apply for a summer job as a Property Caretaker!

What a day looks like

In the role of Property Caretaker, you will be part of a workgroup that works together in and around our clients' properties. The tasks include, among other things:

  • Grass cutting
  • Weeding
  • Caring for hedges, bushes, and trees
  • Some planting
  • Waste management

You as a person

We are looking for someone who wants a varied summer job where you get to work physically. We do not require you to know everything related to gardening or property management, but you need to have an interest and commitment to learn. In the role of Property Caretaker, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues, so we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, is service-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team. As a Property Caretaker, a large part of the work takes place outdoors, so a prerequisite for you to thrive in the role is that you enjoy being outside in all weather.

In order to offer a good and safe working environment according to the Work Environment Authority's regulations regarding minors' working environment, you must be at least 16 years old to apply. A B driver's license is an advantage.

Why work with us for the summer?

For many, a summer job can be a first step into the workforce, or a way to try out a new professional role. Regardless, we at HSB Göta value the opportunity to give you this chance. Therefore, we offer a summer job with collective agreement conditions, all to ensure you experience security with your employment with us. With the right ambition and a strong drive, a position within HSB is a good investment in your future. Opportunities exist at HSB!

The summer job period extends from June to August, and we are looking for someone who can work at least 5 consecutive weeks.

The recruitment process

Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period, and candidates we are interested in meeting will be contacted and invited for an interview. We do our best to provide you with feedback as quickly as possible!

If you have questions about the position, please contact Charlotte Baldock, Area Manager at [email protected]. You are warmly welcome to submit your application by March 31.
