We are growing to provide more patients with orthopedic care in a timely manner. We are now opening a new care team within orthopedic inpatient care in Falun and are looking for nurses who want to help build the future of orthopedics with us.

The positions are permanent employment at 100% with a start date according to agreement. The weekly working hours are 32:15 hours.

Night nurses, Orthopedic inpatient care, Department 17/18 Falun

As a nurse with us, you will work with pre- and post-operative care of patients undergoing orthopedic procedures.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Overall responsibility for the patient during the hospital stay
• Wound care, pain relief, and mobilization
• Preparation for surgery and follow-up after the procedure
• Medication management
• Patient safety, documentation, and development work in daily life
• Interprofessional collaboration with nursing assistants, doctors, physiotherapists, etc., as well as with other care units

Requirements

• Licensed nurse
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Professional experience from inpatient care
• Professional experience in orthopedics
