Do you want to work in a free and independent role where you represent Europe's leading door company? As a service technician at Hörmann, you will be a central part of our team in the Gävle region. You will work closely with our customers in industry, property, and logistics, and enjoy a varied daily routine filled with technology, problem-solving, and customer contact.

You will be part of a service-oriented team that services and maintains doors, gates, docking stations with loading bridges, and weather seals. The work consists of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, urgent repairs, and facility development. You will plan your workdays together with the service coordinator and colleagues to ensure high quality and satisfied customers.

On-call duty is included according to schedule.

Responsibilities

· Be Hörmann's face to the outside world and deliver top-class service.

· Perform service, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of doors, drive systems, and docking equipment.

· Work according to applicable service agreements with preventive maintenance.

· Identify improvement and upselling opportunities at customer sites.

· Work with digital reporting and documentation.

· Participate in on-call work in the region.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

· Knowledge of doors, gates, lifts, or similar systems.

· Experience in technical work within mechanics, electricity, automation, or industry.

· Good ability to read manuals, instructions, and drawings.

· Familiarity with and confidence in digital work tools.

· A valid driver's license (B).

· Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.

· A high level of safety awareness and the ability to work systematically.
