Electrician with a focus on property automation

What will you be working on?

As an electrician at Coor, you will work with electrical installations in both service and larger projects, as well as troubleshooting and optimizing the operation of our customers' control and regulation systems (BMS). You will closely collaborate with your colleagues in HVAC, construction, and property technology, as well as with subcontractors on larger projects.

You will have a varied everyday life where you combine practical installation work with troubleshooting, service, and technical problem-solving.

You will work with:

• Performing repairs, assembly, and installations of technical equipment, such as fans, pumps, control cabinets, and sensors.
• Rounds, supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Energy savings and ensuring that control and regulation systems function as planned for the customer
• Participating in inspections
• Assisting customers with technical support and suggestions for improvements

About you

You are an initiative-taking and goal-oriented team player with the courage to make decisions to advance in your work. As a person, you are confident and curious, and you have positive and attentive communication with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors.

To be considered for the position, you have:

• Several years of professional experience as an electrician, preferably in industry and/or property automation.
• High school education, electrical and energy program or equivalent education and ECY certificate.
• Good knowledge of technical installations in property and industry
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
• Solution-oriented, meticulous, and safety-conscious
• Good computer and system skills
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
