What does the role offer?

As a part-time employee at Effektiv, you will be part of our work pool, which means you will have the opportunity to try various tasks at different workplaces within industry and warehousing. You will be able to specify which times and days you can work, and if a job comes up, we will send a request for work to you. The assignments you are offered will vary in terms of placement, working hours, and duration, and will be tailored to your skills and experiences.

Examples of tasks that may occur include:

• Repackaging goods
• Picking and packing
• Production work
• Forklift driving

Conditions:

Location: Varberg and surrounding areas
Scope: Part-time
Working hours: Varying working hours, part of the day or full days, weekends may occur.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Be studying or have another occupation of at least 50%.
• Speak and understand the Swedish language.

It is an advantage if you have:

• A driving license and access to your own car (to be able to reach more workplaces)
• Experience in industry and warehousing
• Forklift license
