An exciting and challenging opportunity awaits you as we are looking for summer workers for the position of Transport Planner. You will be part of the logistics organization at the Falkenberg factory, and the team is characterized by a strong sense of collaboration and commitment – towards the tasks, the business, and each other within the team.

In the Falkenberg factory, we have about 350 employees. We are a modern organization with high-tech machines and mindsets. Technology development and upgrade projects are constantly on our agenda. Here, we manufacture diapers and incontinence products primarily for markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

About the role

The logistics organization in the factory has the overall responsibility for ensuring that materials from our suppliers arrive at production and that finished products are distributed to customers. Logistics is also responsible for production planning. A total of about 85 people work within the logistics function. As a Transport Planner, you will be part of a team of 4 people, and your main tasks will include:

• Receiving drivers, registration, and check-in in WMS/Transporeon.
• Initiating and prioritizing tasks for warehouse operators.
• Handling freight documents (CMR, packing slips, customs papers, invoices, etc.).
• Posting goods receipts for incoming goods.
• Collaborating with warehouse operators, Supply Service, and customer service.
• Correcting incorrect goods receipts/shipments.
• Planning internal transports.

The working hours are scheduled for two shifts.

Who you are

• Currently studying or have studied a logistics education or have worked in a similar role.
• Experience working in SAP and knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Experience working in a warehouse is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Swedish is a requirement.
• Other European languages are an advantage.
