About the PositionAs the Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Gildhouse, you will be a key person in our team. You will ensure that our warehouse operates like a well-oiled machine while ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. The role is broad and dynamic – perfect for you who enjoys working strategically but is not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

You will not only optimize our logistics flows but also contribute to developing our sales through our B2B website and strengthen relationships with our customers. Your ability to create efficient processes and find improvement opportunities will be crucial in taking us to the next level.

What You Will Do

• Lead the warehouse team and create an inspiring work environment.
• Coordinate and plan the warehouse's resources for smooth and timely deliveries.
• Be responsible for order management, customer service, and invoicing in close collaboration with the sales team.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms.
• Optimize the warehouse space and create efficient work processes.
• Support our field salespeople and develop strong customer relationships.
• Manage and develop sales through our B2B website.
• Conduct and lead thorough inventories to ensure accurate stock management.
• Contribute to improving our logistics and delivery flows.

• Forklift license (meritorious).
• Experience in conducting and leading inventories.
• An analytical and proactive approach that leads to effective solutions.
