We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Production Manager for our facility in Sikfors!

You have a holistic view of the department's development needs and help it succeed in its mission.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Production Manager at Stenvalls Trä, you will report to the Production Manager for Sawmill, Adjustment Workshop, and Rolling Machines. You will ensure that applicable routines are followed and are responsible for leading and distributing work within your area of responsibility where you delegate tasks related to workplace safety.

Your role also includes actively participating in Stenvalls' improvement work together with management. You will work with governance, coordination, and strategic planning as well as follow-up and personnel issues with the goal of making the department efficient and profitable. You will approach your tasks with a solution-focused mindset, collaborating closely with other management levels both at your own facility and our other facilities, and assist in matters concerning growth, results, and development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the team towards set goals.
Ensure that workplace safety and health regulations are followed.
Motivate and develop employees by creating clear goals and providing continuous feedback.
Document and follow up on work processes.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Actively participate in and contribute to the department's strategic planning and improvement work.

Familiarity with using digital systems for planning and follow-up.
Driving license B

PREFERABLE

Experience in production management, logistics, and machinery.
