We are looking for a Site Manager

Lunet, part of the Luleå Energy Group, develops and provides digital infrastructure that creates secure and future-proof communication solutions for Luleå. Through our open city network, we ensure freedom of choice for residents, businesses, and public organizations. We are now looking for a Site Manager for our Infrastructure & Projecting department.

About the role:

The Infrastructure & Projecting department at Lunet is responsible for new construction, renovation, and management of the company's communication network. As a Site Manager, you will have a central role where you, in close collaboration with both internal and external parties, plan, project, and coordinate work related to our sites/data centers.

You will be responsible for project management and administration in close dialogue with customers and contractors, ensuring quality through requirement specification, coordination, follow-up, and investigation. The work includes data centers and their ancillary equipment such as electricity, cooling, ventilation, and alarms.

The role involves close collaboration within the department where we assist each other in delivery operations as needed, for example with calculations, project design, ordering of execution, and documentation of individual customer installations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with relevant upper secondary education (e.g., Technology, Electricity) and it is advantageous if you have a technical post-secondary 2-year YH in automation or similar. For this role as Site Manager, you need to have several years of professional experience in electricity/automation or ancillary equipment for data centers. We prefer that you have held some supervisory role.

You have a good understanding of data and enjoy learning new systems. It is advantageous if you have experience with documentation and system work in NIS as well as a good understanding of control systems.

A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing are required for the position.

The role of Site Manager will be in a phase over the coming years where both management and change occur simultaneously. You will work with existing facilities while new support systems are introduced, sites are expanded, decommissioned, or newly established.

You will have great scope to influence how the work is conducted and be involved in how Lunet's network develops over time, rather than just managing given solutions.
