Responsibilities and Tasks

Project management for regional networks is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering approved facility investments. We are the cohesive force for project teams and are responsible for the projects' economy, timelines, functionality, and quality.

As a Project Manager with us, you are ultimately responsible for realizing set goals and have the overall responsibility for steering projects to the right cost, quality, and time. You will lead and coordinate projects with the help of internal and external support. Your main responsibilities include the following:

  • Follow up and act as a role model for safety work and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Create and maintain both external and internal relationships with customers, consultants, and authorities, as well as collaborate internally with other functions within the company.
  • Communicate and report project status to relevant stakeholders and ensure they have the right information.
  • Create strategies to develop the procurement process together with purchasing.
  • Follow forecasts and budget tracking for approved projects.
  • Work proactively with calculations and risk management in the project.

  • Experience working on the supplier side from a customer perspective.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent role where you can lead and engage others towards set goals and create progress in projects with good quality. Since you will be working on several projects simultaneously, it is important that you are structured and have a good ability to organize and plan your work effectively.
