We are looking for passionate and creative individuals for the roles of Pasta Chef and Pizza Maker to join our team at our restaurant. Responsibilities:

Pasta Chef:

• Responsible for making fresh pasta and high-quality accompaniments according to our traditional recipes.

• Create innovative pasta dishes using seasonal fresh ingredients and flavors.

• Ensure that the kitchen environment is clean and organized according to current hygiene standards.

Pizza Maker:

• Prepare and bake authentic Italian pizzas in our wood-fired oven, ensuring they are served perfectly crispy and flavorful.

• Explore new flavor combinations and ingredients to offer a unique pizza menu that appeals to our guests.

• Responsible for maintaining high quality and consistency in pizza dough and toppings.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Pasta Chef or Pizza Maker in a restaurant environment is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques and a genuine interest in Italian food culture.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver quality dishes on time.

• Flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
