Job Responsibilities

At Bostadsbolaget, we are now focusing on increasing the comfort in our residential areas while helping job seekers from our development areas to enter the job market. Therefore, we can now offer 15 positions where there is an opportunity to work in cleaning in one of our residential areas in Gothenburg.

The main task is cleaning, which involves ensuring that our properties and premises are clean and tidy. You will also assist colleagues in the area with other tasks related to working with indoor environments at Bostadsbolaget. With your help, we ensure a pleasant and safe environment for our tenants and employees.

The employment begins with a week of training to prepare you for the job. You will receive internal training in cleaning, learn more about service and customer interaction, as well as general knowledge about how the workplace operates. During the employment period, you will also receive support and coaching regarding job searching and your future professional life. You will also have a mentor during the first months.

The working hours are primarily during daytime on weekdays, and we would like you to be available for work about 3-4 weekdays per week.

Qualifications

We want to meet you who need work experience and support to move forward in your professional life. As a person, you are curious and engaged in what you do and can communicate with colleagues and tenants in Swedish. You take initiative and help where needed. To qualify for one of the positions, you must be job-seeking and live in one of the following residential areas:

• Biskopsgården or Länsmansgården
• Hammarkullen
• Frölunda or Tynnered
