We at RA Hospitality in Gothenburg are looking for a temporary Housekeeper to lead a fantastic team in the Gothenburg area with immediate start.
The position is a temporary contract for 5 months with a chance of extension.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in room cleaning and housekeeping in hotels in Sweden
- Has previous experience in a leadership position within housekeeping
- Is inspiring, enthusiastic, and quality-oriented
- Has an eye for detail
- Has positive leadership and a sense of responsibility
- Loves to develop and coach employees
- Can speak and write in Swedish and English
We offer you:
- Salary according to agreement
- The work is scheduled during weekdays and every other weekend
Job responsibilities:
- A large part of the work involves room inspections and follow-ups
- Cleaning of rooms and public areas
- Planning and scheduling of staff
- Leading, developing, and training cleaning staff
- Maintaining a quality level that complies with the hotel's guidelines
- Responsible for results
