We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager for Scandic Mölndal – a present and operational leader who wants to help develop our housekeeping organization forward.

What does the role entail?

In the role of Housekeeping Manager, you have the operational and daily responsibility for room cleaning, quality, and staffing. You will lead together with our current Housekeeping Manager (responsible for public area cleaning) and together you will create a present and clear leadership for the entire department.

As Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring high quality in room cleaning and common areas – “clean and tidy” in everything we do
• Planning, distributing, and following up on daily operations
• Working closely with your team in operational tasks when the business requires it
• Leading, motivating, and developing employees with a focus on service, work environment, and quality
• Staffing and scheduling based on occupancy and business needs
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in the management team to develop the hotel as a whole
• Creating stability, structure, and good communication in daily work

You are a key person in the operation and part of the hotel’s management team.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in leading housekeeping or similar operational roles
• Experience in scheduling and staffing
• Good administrative skills and experience working with various systems
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
