You can use sign language or are interested in learning. Sign language communication is a merit. You have experience with low-arousal approaches and are fundamentally a calm and secure person with your feet on the ground. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as this is the only way to get to work (i.e., where I live).

About me:
I am a happy and positive 26-year-old who works in Daily Activities. I have autism, a speech disorder, and Down syndrome. My communication primarily takes place through sign language. I feel good when I have control over my day and schedule and would like to know what will happen next; therefore, I need your help to achieve that control and clarity. Being active is something I enjoy, and I like to play football, go to the swimming pool, or split/stack firewood. I enjoy being outdoors and like listening to music and watching YouTube.

I live in my own accommodation a bit out in the countryside outside Järna, near my dad, and sometimes I sleep over at my mom's in Strängnäs. I feel very comfortable outside the big city where there is not so much stress. In all situations, you are my important support, and even when I need some alone time and want to be by myself, it is important that you are nearby and see and hear what I see and hear. You need to support me in situations like meals, personal hygiene, and other situations throughout the day. Working with me gives you a happy and pleasant workplace with challenging, developing, and varied tasks!

I have a waiting time of 6.75 hours per night.

The shifts are distributed according to the following schedule, and this needs to work for you if you are going to apply for the position:

• Every Monday from 3 PM - Tuesday 7:30 AM
• Every other Thursday from 3 PM - Friday 7:30 AM
• One weekend shift/month (from 9 AM to 9 AM, usually)
