We are looking for a Platoon Leader at the Specialist Officer Training

The specializations in the specialist officer training are Ground Technicians in mechanics and electro/telecommunications, System and Weapon Technicians, as well as Aviation-UAV and helicopter technicians.
You participate in the cadets' education and execution in order to follow up on their performance as well as the execution of the training. Over time, you coach the cadets to see the “red thread” and their personal development towards their upcoming professional role.
Our cadets represent the entire armed forces and come from all units. As a Platoon Leader, you collaborate with the units related to the cadets' training. Since we always strive to improve, you are expected to contribute to the development of the training in the long term.
You often plan your own time and activities; through good foresight, you know in broad terms what your upcoming year will look like. You are given a large mandate and can take your own initiatives within this framework.
