JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work with meaningful efforts for people who need extra support in their daily lives? We are now looking for a committed and secure nurse for the municipality's Health and Medical Care Department, focusing on patients within psychiatry and LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons).

As a nurse with us, you are responsible for ensuring that patients receive qualitative and safe care at the primary care level. Together with care staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and unit managers, we strive to promote well-being and prevent ill health among our patients. Through ongoing follow-ups and continuous medical contacts, the nurse is responsible for the patients' well-being.

The schedule consists of shift work where the working hours are primarily during the day, with only two evenings and one weekend per schedule period of eight weeks, averaging a 38.25-hour workweek.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who wants to work for people with disabilities and psychiatric diagnoses. We see that you enjoy working in a team and want to develop together. You are a person who possesses good leadership skills and can act calmly and decisively even under unforeseen circumstances. Structure and planning ability, combined with a good approach, are qualifications you possess. Further education in the field is an advantage. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse; we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
