Job Responsibilities As a Service Salesperson, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as follow up to ensure that the work performed meets deadlines and quality standards - from booking work, preparing, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. Your tasks will involve receiving the workshop's customers both through customer visits and phone calls, and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work. You will also handle insurance and warranty matters and be responsible for ensuring they are executed correctly.

  • Actively work with customer satisfaction, analyze, and improve your own processes.
  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
  • Follow up to ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.
  • Explain different options for actions and present various alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • High social and service-oriented competence
  • High school education 
  • A couple of years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and delivery towards customers
  • Good computer and phone skills 
  • Driving license B
  • Good sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers
  • Goal- and result-oriented with a high drive
