For ISS operations in Boden, we are looking for engaged and positive cleaners who are passionate about service. We are seeking staff who can work extra with us during peak times and in the absence of regular staff.

About the role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in being responsible for the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may occur such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and taking care of plants.

The position is part-time and is a fixed-term employment. The hours can vary from 5-20 hours per week.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means that you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. In addition, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A high school education is a requirement.

The position involves work in a security-classified environment, and a background check and security interview will be conducted.
