Lilja & Co is a cleaning and workplace service company from Norrbotten, established in 1963. Our operations are conducted with staff in Luleå, Piteå, Boden, and Kalix. Our customers consist of local, national, and international corporate clients as well as the private market. Our headquarters is located in Luleå, and the company currently has about 140 employees who provide daily service to our customers. Our intention is to continue developing in our markets. Lilja & Co also receives support from our sister company Service Companiet.

Team Leader for Private Cleaning

Lilja & Co is experiencing strong and positive growth and is now making a targeted investment in our expanding area of private cleaning. Therefore, we are establishing a new and dedicated position as Team Leader for Private Cleaning at our office in Luleå.

Private cleaning includes services for individuals such as home cleaning, window cleaning, and move-out cleaning, and is an area with great growth potential. As part of our expansion, we are now consolidating all private cleaning under one Team Leader to create clearer structure, better quality, and a more cohesive customer experience. The role will therefore evolve over time, and initially, some practical cleaning work may also be included.

About the Role

You will lead the daily operations for private cleaning by planning, following up, and supporting both employees and customers.

You will act as one of the company’s local contacts and be responsible for customer relationships within private cleaning. The role therefore involves both operational responsibility and development work where you contribute to strengthening the organization, our working methods, and the team’s engagement.

Examples of Tasks

· Daily support to employees and customers

· Planning, staffing, and scheduling

· Customer responsibility, upselling, and ongoing quality follow-up

· Relationship building and development of long-term customer contacts

· Partially practical cleaning work in the initial phase or as needed
