Lilja & Co is a cleaning and workplace service company from Norrbotten, established in 1963. Our operations are carried out by staff in the locations of Luleå, Piteå, Boden, and Kalix. Our customers consist of local, national, and international corporate clients as well as the private market. Lilja & Co is the partner for those who want a flexible supplier with extensive experience, stable deliveries, and personal commitment, which we call - Clean personally.

Our headquarters is in Luleå, and the company currently has about 140 employees who provide daily service to our customers. Our intention is to continue developing in our markets. Lilja & Co is also supported by our sister company Service Companiet.

Team Leader

Lilja & Co is in a growth phase with new assignments and is now looking for a Team Leader. You will be an important part of our tight operations management team, where everyone works towards the same goal – to deliver the highest customer value and develop our business.

About the Role

The role includes leading daily operations through planning and follow-up of employees and customer assignments. You will act as one of the company's local contact persons and customer managers. Therefore, you should have an interest in developing the organization, customer relationships, work processes, and your employees.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Daily support to customers and employees
• Participation in planning and scheduling
• Customer responsibility and ongoing quality follow-up
• Relationship building and long-term customer work
• Upselling and quotation issuance
