RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of our new team Emerging Solutions - our experimental workshop where we explore ideas, build concepts, and test technology that can create value across the organization. The team currently consists of four engaged colleagues in Stockholm and Ljungby, who work closely with the business to understand needs, identify opportunities, and quickly determine which initiatives to further develop. It is an environment where AI, modern development, and curiosity meet.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and shape the first versions of new technical initiatives
• Explore tools, techniques, and working methods together with colleagues from different parts of the organization
• Build smaller prototypes and proof-of-concepts that show what works - and what needs to be reconsidered
• Clarify the possibilities with AI and modern development and help the organization understand the potential of technology

In short: you will help set the direction for our technical future.

The role is based in Ljungby, Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, or Växjö.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are curious, proactive, and thrive in environments where you can experiment and quickly translate new insights. You have a strong technical problem-solving ability and communicate in a way that creates clarity and engagement even in complex contexts.

We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in development. A central part of the role is the ability to independently drive projects and guide and support others in their development.

You have knowledge in:

• JavaScript and at least one modern web framework (e.g., React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue)
• SQL: you can model data and write efficient queries
• Docker: experienced in building and running container-based solutions
• Git: comfortable in collaboration and version control

Desirable:

• Experience with Python, preferably in data or AI development
• Understanding of vector databases and RAG concepts (e.g., Pinecone or Weaviate)
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, Pandas, or other ML tools
