The role combines technical leadership with operational project management. You are responsible for the technical direction and for ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered with the right quality, time, and budget. You work closely with the CEO/management, product, and team, and can both make technical decisions and drive the work forward in practice.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Technical leadership (CTO) includes:

• Setting technical strategy and technology choices
• Building and leading teams: recruitment, skills development, feedback, and structure
• Being a technical sparring partner to management and contributing to roadmap and prioritization work

Project management includes:

• Leading projects from start to delivery: scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Planning and facilitating meetings/workshops: kickoff, sprint planning, check-ins, steering group
• Coordinating internal resources and external suppliers
• Following up and reporting status with clear documentation and recommendations

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in or is eager to work with technical leadership (e.g., CTO, tech lead, architect, or engineering manager)

Has documented experience in driving projects/deliveries with multiple stakeholders

Can translate business goals into technical decisions and actionable plans

Communicates clearly in English in both speech and writing and can write structured documentation
