Vincents in Varberg is one of Sweden's largest dealers of used motorhomes. The company has chosen to invest in professional mediation through a unique “8-step mediation process.” This means that our customers experience maximum security and smoothness through proven routines and clear information. We work according to the LEAN model to simplify and standardize our work processes and strive to involve all employees in the improvement work.

About the Role

We offer an exciting job in a growing company where you will work both independently and in a team, so you should be a natural team player. In our sales team, which consists of five people, everyone works together in a dynamic team with the customer in focus.

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term employment and who wants a position where you can develop, be independent, and influence the company. Your main tasks will be the sale of used motorhomes and caravans, where you will be available for customers from the first contact to delivery.

As a salesperson, you will among other things:

  • Contact customers in the store and by answering phone/email
  • Calculate trade-ins and purchases
  • Negotiate with owners and buyers during a transaction
  • Deliver vehicles and handle administrative tasks related to deliveries
  • Maintain ongoing contact with mediation customers. Feedback is a key word.
  • Follow up on quotes sent to potential customers

In the role of salesperson, it is crucial that you are caring and make every customer feel seen and unique, that you are good at providing feedback and giving quick responses.

About You and Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people, customer relationships, and who loves to make deals. As a person, you are social, positive, and ambitious. You have good communication skills and want to be an important part of the company's success. Experience and knowledge are valuable, but we primarily value your ability to deliver results.

We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated that you can achieve good results with previous employers. If you have performed well in sales/customer service in previous jobs, it is meritorious, as well as if you have experience with caravans/motorhomes or related industries.

Most importantly, however, is that you are a driven and results-oriented person with a high work ethic and a strong sense of service ingrained in your being. You need to be structured, able to work systematically, and maintain a positive attitude and high service level even under high pressure.

During peak season, we have high demand on all departments due to high demand, large customer flow, and many transactions. The best possible service, good atmosphere, and a cheerful demeanor permeate our company, and it is important that these qualities are maintained even under stress. As a person, we believe you are social, goal-oriented, flexible, reliable, and have a high work ethic. We like people who see solutions instead of problems, who are unpretentious, and who put the team before themselves. You need to enjoy rolling up your sleeves and pitching in wherever needed, regardless of whether it is your task or not.

We want you to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of English. You do not need to be an expert in camping life, motorhomes, or caravans. Requirements

  • B driver's license
  • Basic computer skills (O365, Google Sheets, and SharePoint)
  • Stress-resistant
  • Competitive and goal-oriented
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in sales in some form

Meritorious

  • Experience with motorhomes and caravans
  • Experience in leadership within sales or sports
  • Experience in the real estate profession

The position is a permanent employment (6 months probationary period).

Working Hours

Peak season: Weekdays between 09:30-18:15 and Saturdays 09:45-14:15

Low season: Weekdays between 08:30-17:15 and Saturdays 09:45-14:15
