TLS, part of UT Transport i Norr AB, specializes in the transport, setup, and installation of printers and copiers. We ensure that the machines are assembled, configured, and ready for immediate use upon delivery to the end customer. Our team is responsible for placing the machines, ensuring they function properly, and providing the customer with an introduction to the basic features. Additionally, we handle returns and transport of outgoing machines.

We are growing and are now looking for a dedicated and responsible employee to join our team in Malmö! The role is varied and includes qualified work with repair/refurbishment, assembly, and configuration in our own facilities, as well as warehouse work and, if necessary, driving assignments. About the job:

• Refurbishment and repair of MFPs and printers.
• Unpacking, assembly, and software configuration of MFPs and printers.
• Warehouse work: sorting, forklift driving, order management, and registration of machines.
• Driving assignments as needed, which include delivery and some installation of machines, both in Malmö and other locations. Heavy lifting is involved.

What we expect:
You have previous experience as a technician working on machines from, for example, Konica Minolta, HP, or Canon. It is therefore important that you have a good technical understanding so that you can quickly acquire knowledge and skills about the equipment you will be working with. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of correct handling and assembly of the equipment, that you keep your promises, and that you can deliver first-class service to the customer.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has technical knowledge of MFPs and printers.
• Is meticulous and quality-conscious.
• Takes initiative.
• Is responsible and can work independently.
• Has a technical understanding of networks and Office 365 (primarily Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel).
• Possesses good service skills, both in communication with our clients regarding configuration and with the end customer during deliveries.
• Can work flexible hours during certain periods.
• Can work in other locations during certain periods.
• It is an advantage to have a forklift license category A1-4, B1 & B5.
• Holds a driver's license. Higher qualifications and YKB are advantageous.
