Rännilsvägen's day activity is aimed at adults with varying disabilities within LSS. We have 20 places and serve the whole of Sweden. The premises are located on the ground floor of a condominium in Östertälje. We offer our participants tailored work. Currently, we work with recycling, crafts, handicrafts, painting, and baking. 

In the role of support pedagogue, you will provide support and service based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You will contribute to ensuring that the resident has the opportunity for an active and meaningful life. Furthermore, you should be able to address each person's individual needs and conduct pedagogical work based on this. Since the needs vary among users, no day is the same, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job.

You will work closely with your colleagues and have a significant responsibility to, in consultation with the operations manager and coordinator, drive and develop the pedagogical work in the organization. Certain delegated health and medical tasks are included in the work.

• Degree from the support pedagogue program, 200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy.
• Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS adult group 1.
• Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience in supervision
• Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior.
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues.
• Experience in clear communication and low-arousal responses, especially if you have undergone training in Studio 3, TAKK, AAC & Clear Pedagogy. 
• Knowledge or experience in handicrafts
