We are now looking for a personal assistant for our client in Mora for a temporary position until June 2026. There is a possibility for an extension for another year.

We would appreciate if you are an active person who enjoys outdoor activities as the client's hobbies include cross-country skiing, cycling, and being in nature.

We always have two assistants during the day, but in the evening and at night you will work alone. We work structured according to a schedule to provide the client with the structure he needs.

The client does not speak, and all communication is done using signs and pictures. The client understands spoken language.

Education and experience with autism are seen as a merit, but we place great importance on personal suitability.

• You should enjoy working in a team but also be able to take responsibility.
• We hope you share the client's interest in being outdoors.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a prerequisite for the job.

Working hours: Day, evening, night

Employment conditions: Temporary position until June 2026 with the possibility of extension. The working percentage is 80%.

Interviews and introductions will be conducted continuously throughout the advertisement period. A police record extract is required upon potential employment with us.

Start date: January 2026 or by agreement.

Criminal Record

To work as a personal assistant with us, you must provide an extract from the police criminal record - extract (442.3). It is important to keep in mind that the police processing time can be up to two weeks, so order your record extract as soon as possible. The extract will be requested at a potential interview.
