About the position

• Customer support via incoming phone calls, emails, and chat where you analyze problems and quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically resolve customers' issues of both simple and complex nature.
• Upselling - where you will conduct a needs analysis in each call and inform all customers about ongoing promotions.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Are fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and have good English skills.
• Have basic computer knowledge.
• Are service-oriented, professional, and meticulous but also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoy problem-solving.
• Are flexible, available, and ready to work here for at least 6 months.
