About the job

Customer support via phone calls, email, social media, and chat where you analyze problems and quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically solve customers' issues of both simple and complex nature.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and has good English skills.
• Has basic computer knowledge.
• Is service-oriented, professional, and meticulous but also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoys problem-solving.
• Is flexible, available, and ready to work here for at least 6 months.
