What does the role entail? As an optometrist at Synsam, you are the heart of our business. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will be part of a dedicated team with the Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together you inspire our customers to successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember. We are looking for an optometrist who: Values meeting people and building strong and long-term customer relationships. Is attentive to customer needs and has a pronounced quality awareness. Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers. Is responsible and solution-oriented. Has optometrist certification – with or without a DO/master's degree.

Of course, we also see that you have a passion for eye health!
