What do you do in a day when you support travelers? Your main task is to support and assist travelers with special needs to create a safe and positive experience during their time at the airport. With your welcoming attitude, high safety awareness, and care, you ensure that all travelers receive the assistance they need for their journey to start and end in the best possible way.

No two days are alike in this role – you make a difference for people every day!

Your tasks include:

• Helping travelers with special needs, both physical and mental, so they receive the right support and can safely get to and from the airplane.
• Assisting individuals who need extra support during their stay at the airport, always with calmness and care.
• Creating a safe atmosphere where travelers who feel insecure or worried receive the help and guidance they need.
• Actively working in motion, both on foot and sometimes with vehicles, making the workdays varied.
• Collaborating with colleagues to solve situations that arise and ensure that all travelers receive the best possible service.

The position involves shift work, where working hours may vary and include weekends, early mornings, and late evenings. Since public transport is not always available during these times, you need to be able to get to and from work on your own. You need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

The work takes place both inside and outside security controls, and a security screening will be conducted upon hiring.
