Do you enjoy a varied role with a lot of responsibility, a fast pace, and many points of contact? We are now looking for an initiative-taking and committed production leader on behalf of our client.

As a production leader, you will have a coordinating role where you keep the daily operations together and ensure that production flows smoothly. You will work closely with four team leaders and step in where needed to create structure, solve problems, and drive the work forward.

Your work will include:

Leading and coordinating daily production work
Handling incoming customer emails and phone calls when production is busy
Working at the sorting machine and ensuring a steady flow
Printing labels, registered letters, and order documents
Scanning packages and mailbox packages
Ensuring that deviations are noticed and addressed
Jumping into different parts of production as needed
Having a flexible role during the day and a more line-oriented role during your weekly evening shift

You will be employed by PerformIQ and work as a consultant at our client's site.

Candidate Profile

We believe that you who are applying are at the beginning of your career but have already worked a few years in warehousing, logistics, terminal, or production – or you may have previously held a team leader role and want to take the next step.

As a person, you are:

Structured, attentive, and used to juggling many tasks
Confident enough to speak up when something looks wrong
Decisive and action-oriented even under time pressure
Meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
Communicative and enjoy working closely with others

We place great importance on personal qualities and your ability to create order and drive work forward.

We see that you have:

Completed upper secondary education
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Driver's license B is an advantage

Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Varying working hours between 06:00–22:00, Monday–Friday. One evening shift per week is included.
