We are now looking for a hardworking production worker for our client in Gothenburg. Here you will be involved in the entire production chain, from order to finished product. The work is practical and varied, with tasks that require precision and responsibility. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop and eventually take on greater responsibility, for example as a team leader or production manager.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and prepare materials
• Set up and adjust machines
• Read drawings and measure according to specifications
• Check quality and perform troubleshooting
• Press and process metal
• Contribute to improvement work in production

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Start date is according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and has a natural drive to improve things. You are meticulous, proactive, and responsible - a person others can rely on and who is happy to take the lead when needed.

To succeed in this role, we hope you have:

• Experience in production, industry, or craftsmanship
• Basic mathematical skills and computer proficiency
• Experience in reading drawings and working in CAD
• Interest in developing and taking on more responsibility over time

Previous experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to grow in your role.
