Production Leader

In your future role as a Production Leader, you will:

• Be responsible for the production of chromatographic materials on a small and medium scale
• Have personnel responsibility for 7 day operators and 1 planner
• Have workplace environment responsibility for 2 smaller process plants and a production lab
• Be the owner of product quality and be responsible for continuously improving and meeting current and future quality requirements related to GMP production
• Ensure HSE standards in the various facilities
• Coach and develop staff and contribute to the staff's increased competence level
• Be a stand-in for other factories as needed

In addition to the above, you will also drive maintenance activities in the facility together with Gatekeeper and PTW, participate in capacity projects to streamline production, and be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of 5S. You will also work closely with the marketing and development group. Your future team consists of highly engaged employees where you will work together in a dynamic environment, with an open culture and clear, direct dialogue. We care about each other and work together to achieve our common goals.

We believe that you have:

• MSc. Chemical Engineering or equivalent or BSc. Chemical Engineering with relevant experience
• Experience from the chemical process industry
• Experience in personnel management
• Good knowledge of health, safety, workplace environment, and HSE regulations
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Production, GMP manufacturing, and chromatography
• Experience/knowledge in Lean Six Sigma
