Formec Teknik AB is now looking for a CNC technician/toolmaker who wants to become part of their family-oriented team and work with exciting, technically demanding tools in a daily environment where quality, commitment, and job satisfaction are in focus.

Formec is in a growth phase and is looking for someone with a genuine interest in production and technology. You have a few years of experience in CNC machining and CAM preparation and enjoy working in an environment where you can contribute to developing smart technical solutions.

At Formec, we design and manufacture tooling and fixtures for products used in various industries, including cars, tractors, loaders, trucks, buses, furniture, and medical equipment. Here, you will have a varied daily routine with the opportunity to develop alongside knowledgeable and engaged colleagues.

YOUR DAILY WORK At Formec, you will work with machining, assembly, and polishing of tools primarily in aluminum, steel, and cast iron. You will perform ongoing quality checks in your work and maintain close communication with our design department regarding drawings and quality – an important part of achieving the best possible end result.

You will also contribute to streamlining our working methods, always focusing on profitability, quality, and delivery precision. In short: you are an important part of the entire process, from idea to finished tool.

WHO ARE YOU? We believe you have worked for a few years with CNC and feel confident in CAM preparation and 5-axis milling. You have good experience in reading drawings and tolerances, and preferably have experience with tooling, fixtures, or prototypes.

If you also have experience with Tebis, Heidenhain control systems, or have worked in aviation, medical technology, or precision mechanics, that's great – we see it as a plus! A forklift license and overhead crane training are also advantageous.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively and contribute with engagement and a positive attitude to the team.
