Description
Welcome to our new workshop on Hisingen, located between Säve Airport and Stora Holm! We have opened the doors to our new facility, built to meet the needs of the future. This means brand new and fresh premises for the workshop, storage, and staff areas. Here we offer a modern workplace with a focus on sustainability and the environment. The workshop offers services to external customers while also serving as a resource for Renova internally. We ensure that every employee gets not just a job, but a place where they can grow, learn, and thrive! Responsibilities
As a sheet metal worker at Renova, you will work with welding and forging on containers, machines, and special constructions. Field work as well as work with aluminum and stainless steel may also occur. In these recruitments, we are looking for someone who wants to work in our day shift or evening shift.
- Day shift: Monday to Friday
- Evening shift: Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an upper secondary education with a technical workshop focus or equivalent competence from, for example, current vocational training (KY) and/or experience in sheet metal work and welding.
You also need to have:
- The ability to independently perform repairs and new manufacturing based on drawing specifications
- Good knowledge of welding methods such as TIG, MMA, MigMag/tubular wire, as well as plasma cutting and gas cutting
- Good experience with various sheet metal processing machines
- Good computer skills
It is an advantage if you have:
- Certification for safe lifting with cranes, as well as lift and forklift licenses
