About the Company

Arctic Paper Grycksbo is one of three paper mills that are part of ARCTIC PAPER S.A and has about 320 employees. In Grycksbo, coated wood-free paper is produced for quality-conscious customers such as printing houses, book publishers, newspaper publishers, advertising agencies, paper distributors, and packaging companies. The other mills are located in Munkedal, Sweden, and Kostrzyn, Poland.

The group as a whole produces both coated and uncoated wood-free paper. The product portfolio includes well-known brands such as Amber, Arctic, G-Print, and Munken. The production capacity for the three mills is approximately 700,000 tons of paper per year. The majority is sold through 14 of the company's own sales offices in Europe. Arctic Paper S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since October 2009 and on NASDAQ in Stockholm since December 2012.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will become a key person in the work of planning, designing, and executing constructions, renovations, and maintenance of facilities within the factory area – a mill with over 300 years of history. You will lead projects from idea to completion, including budget, timeline, and resource planning.

You will collaborate closely with external consultants and contractors to develop drawings, technical solutions, and material choices. The role also involves developing and following up long-term maintenance plans for buildings and infrastructure, focusing on meeting laws, regulations, and permit requirements.

Environment, safety, and sustainability are a natural part of your work. You will collaborate with the maintenance department, production, and external suppliers to minimize disruptions in operations. Regular reporting on project status and challenges to project management is included in the assignment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant education, such as a bachelor's or master's degree in construction engineering, and at least three years of experience in construction projects – preferably in an industrial environment.

You have knowledge of CAD/BIM, building codes, occupational health and safety legislation, project management, and contract law. We believe you are a self-driven problem solver who enjoys working in teams and has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders. In this role, you need to be results-oriented and have the ability to drive projects towards set goals and timelines. You are flexible, engaged, and have a positive attitude towards tasks and colleagues. You thrive in a dynamic environment where change is part of everyday life.
