About the company

As a ground worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a company that transports most things that can be loaded onto a truck – from timber, gravel, and excavated materials to grain, buildings, construction machinery, and waste from recycling stations. In addition to transport, we also offer lifting and loading assistance, contracting services, road maintenance (snow removal, sanding, salting), and container rentals.

Your tasks as a ground worker may include:

Excavation, pipe laying, and water and sewage work
Foundation laying and preparations for concrete pouring
Paving, curbing, and fine grading
Traffic arrangements and safety barriers
Constant dialogue with supervisors and machine operators

About you

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in ground work within road and construction. You have experience reading blueprints, and it is considered an advantage if you can handle laser work. If you also have welding training, EBR, work on roads, and/or experience with construction machinery, this is highly meritorious. As a person, you are reliable, self-driven, and want to do a good job. You enjoy working in a team and are willing to step up when needed.
