We at Ticket are now looking for a new star for our store in Väla. With us, you will have a fast-paced and developing everyday life – together with wonderful colleagues who make each other better every day.

What does the job entail?

As a travel seller, you help our customers plan and book their dream trip – from city weekends to long trips, cruises, or family vacations. You guide, advise, and sell the whole package – flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and events – in-store, over the phone, and digitally.

But the job is about more than just selling trips. It is also complex; we use over 30 different systems, work with many suppliers, and handle a multitude of routines and regulations. This requires you to be quick, precise, and solution-oriented – and enjoy diving into new things.

Your start with us – real onboarding

We know there is a lot to learn, which is why you will receive structured onboarding with your manager and team. You will receive training in systems, products, and working methods while getting to know colleagues from across Sweden. Here, “learning by doing” applies with support along the way.
