About the roleAs a property manager at Sweax, you will be part of our team in Northern Stockholm, with Arlanda city as your base. You will work closely with our customers – primarily condominium associations – and assist with issues related to operations, maintenance, and the technical status of the properties.
Your role includes contacting boards and residents, following up on issues, and contributing to ensuring that the properties function as they should. You will work closely with our experienced colleagues and the local service team to ensure smooth and secure management.
Your main tasksBe the right hand and operational force of the condominium board
Follow up on operations and technical issues in customers' properties
Assist in managing corrective maintenance for customers
Update maintenance plans
Support in projects and planned maintenance measures for our customers
Report on ongoing deliveries, maintain ongoing dialogue, and participate in management meetings with customers
Work with simpler energy and operational follow-up
Manage insurance matters and disturbance cases together with the team
Has experience in the property industry, e.g., property management or technical management
Or has relevant education in property, construction, energy, operations, or similar
Enjoys working with people and has good communication skills
Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys a varied role
Has a B driver's license and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Experience with condominium associations
Experience with rental housing and private property owners
Practical experience in operations and maintenance
Experience with smaller projects or contractor follow-up
