About the role

As a property manager at Sweax, you will be part of our team in Northern Stockholm, with Arlanda city as your base. You will work closely with our customers – primarily condominium associations – and assist with issues related to operations, maintenance, and the technical status of the properties.

Your role includes contacting boards and residents, following up on issues, and contributing to ensuring that the properties function as they should. You will work closely with our experienced colleagues and the local service team to ensure smooth and secure management.

Your main tasks
  • Be the right hand and operational force of the condominium board

  • Follow up on operations and technical issues in customers' properties

  • Assist in managing corrective maintenance for customers

  • Update maintenance plans

  • Support in projects and planned maintenance measures for our customers

  • Report on ongoing deliveries, maintain ongoing dialogue, and participate in management meetings with customers

  • Work with simpler energy and operational follow-up

  • Manage insurance matters and disturbance cases together with the team

We are looking for someone who
  • Has experience in the property industry, e.g., property management or technical management

  • Or has relevant education in property, construction, energy, operations, or similar

  • Enjoys working with people and has good communication skills

  • Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys a varied role

  • Has a B driver's license and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Meritorious
  • Experience with condominium associations

  • Experience with rental housing and private property owners

  • Practical experience in operations and maintenance

  • Experience with smaller projects or contractor follow-up

We offer you
  • A role where you get to work closely with both customers and colleagues

  • An open and unpretentious culture where we help each other

  • A secure employer with collective agreements, wellness benefits, and joint activities

  • Placement at the office in Märsta, with assignments in northern Stockholm

Application

The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with UrbanUrban. If you have questions about the role, you are warmly welcome to contact Frida Kask Rosén at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). We interview continuously – please send in your application as soon as possible.

We look forward to hearing from you!
