We are now looking for two Service Consultants (Service Operators) for a 100% position, with probationary employment as the initial form of employment.

About the role

As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operation of Selecta's coffee and vending machines at our customers' locations. You will refill, service, and maintain the machines independently, always with the customer's experience in focus.

You will belong to our office in Linköping, but you will have the opportunity to work partly from home.

Your main responsibilities:

• Refilling, cleaning, and basic servicing of our coffee and vending machines
• Building good customer relationships and providing world-class service
• Ensuring quality and operational reliability of the machines
• Traveling between different customer locations as needed

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service, creating joy, and working practically. You may have experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, delivery, service professions – or simply an interest in technology and service.

• Are methodical, self-driven, and take responsibility
• Enjoy practical tasks and have a technical interest
• Have a valid driver's license (B)
• Communicate well in Swedish and English
• Have a strong sense of service and a pleasant demeanor
• Are meticulous and quality-conscious
• Have good physical fitness and enjoy a mobile job
