This is what you will work on at Södra
As a industrial electrician, you will be an important part of the journey. You will not only work with operations and maintenance on a daily basis – you will also play a central role in developing and building the new, highly automated facility.
With us, you will be part of a close-knit team where we support each other, share knowledge, and find solutions together. Your tasks will be varied and include, among other things:
- Troubleshooting, new installations, and improvement work.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Participation in renovations and new constructions related to the investment project.
- Documentation and programming of the facility, where your technical interest makes a difference.
The work is both practical and problem-solving – sometimes on your own, sometimes in close collaboration with colleagues and other functions. Here you will have the opportunity to develop, contribute to a historic investment, and make a difference every day.
The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Kisa.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is a trained electrician or industrial electrician and who wants to take the next step in their development. If you have experience with control and automation systems (PLC), that is a plus, but equally important is your curiosity and willingness to learn.
As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and safety-conscious – you know that quality and safety go hand in hand. You are self-driven, like to take initiative, and contribute to the team with a lack of pretension, curiosity, and a good mood.
For the position, you need a B driver's license and you should be able to communicate in both Swedish and English.

Be part of building a sustainable society
Södra is one of the largest forestry companies in the country and is jointly owned by more than 50,000 family forest owners in southern Sweden. In addition to developing forestry, we strive to always use forest resources in the most efficient and climate-smart way. Pulp, timber, textile pulp, and bioproducts are just a few examples. By working together, we have the strength, commitment, and courage needed to build a sustainable society. This is done with our feet on the ground, our ears to the world, and our eyes looking forward.
