ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Hyresbostäder are now looking for an Operations Specialist whose main tasks are to ensure that Hyresbostäder's energy installations and comfort systems operate optimally while providing good comfort for the tenants. The work is carried out with great personal responsibility and you are part of a team that works together to solve challenges.

The tasks include:

• Optimization of operations for Hyresbostäder's properties
• Rounds (electronic and physical) focusing on energy installations and comfort
• Systematic and proactive work to reduce energy consumption and propose measures for energy efficiency – continuous improvements
• Follow-up of implemented measures (including from contractors)
• Proposals for actions related to comfort complaints in apartments

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge in HVAC technology, Control & Regulation technology, electrical engineering, and energy flows in buildings. We believe you have a post-secondary/university education in the energy field.

As a person, you are an unpretentious team player who is meticulous and goal-oriented. You enjoy interacting with others and can use your analytical skills to create results.

You thrive on applying your knowledge in the field to solutions and initiatives that contribute to reduced energy consumption for Hyresbostäder and good comfort for our tenants. Your initiative and ambition to contribute to development will be important for the company's long-term results and success.
